Sawyer Smith
President
Sawyer is a Senior from Minnetonka, Minnesota studying Marketing and Information Systems & Analytics. He has been in the chapter since the start of his freshman year and is excited to leave a lasting impact. Previous to being President, Sawyer held roles as VP of Marketing and Marketing TA. He hopes to find a job in the digital marketing field after graduation.
Matthew Fu
Vice President of Finance
Matthew is a Senior from Columbus, Ohio, studying Finance and Information Systems in the Quinlan School of Business. He has been in the chapter since his sophomore year and is excited to be the VP of Finance. Matthew enjoys discovering new restaurants in his free time. After graduation, Matthew hopes to find a job in the field of Asset Management or Banking.
Emma Wilking
Vice President of Administration
Emma is a Junior from Cincinnati, Ohio, studying Accounting and Sustainability Management. She has been in the chapter since her first semester freshman year and is excited to be the VP of Administration this year. She was the VP of Alumni Relations last fall, and is also in Kappa Kappa Gamma and Women in Business. In her free time, she loves going on walks, listening to music, and exploring Chicago with her friends. After graduation, Emma hopes to pursue her master's degree and work in public accounting.
Angel Abejide
Master of Rituals
Angel is a sophomore from Woodstock, IL, studying Healthcare Administration and a minor in Spanish. She has been part of the chapter since the spring of her freshman year, and is thrilled to create a difference with her role and set new traditions. Previously, Angel served as Membership TA during her first active semester as a brother. Outside AKPSI, Angel is a part of the Healthcare Administration Student Council and ResLife. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and reading. She hopes to pursue a career in Healthcare Consulting after college.
Sara Khan
Vice President of Service
Sara is in her second year of the MA program in International Affairs from Glenview, IL. She has been a part of the chapter since the spring of her sophomore year. She has BA degrees in Political Science, Italian Studies, and Global Studies. Sara is excited to share the value of service with everyone this semester! Outside of AKPsi, she is a member of Inside Government and an intern at the Simmons Center for Global Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, and knitting. Sara hopes to pursue a career in international politics.

Ethan Tran
Vice President of Marketing
Ethan Tran is a Junior from Des Moines, Iowa, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Information Systems, Applied AI, and Film & Digital Media. He rushed Alpha Kappa Psi during the second semester of his freshman year and is excited to continue contributing to the chapter. Ethan served as a Marketing TA in Fall '24. Outside of AKPsi, he is involved on campus, serving on the e-board for the club Perfect Pair as the Director of Event Planning, and is also a member of the ASIA Club, the Vietnamese Student Association (VSA), and plays intramural volleyball. In his free time, Ethan loves to go downtown, explore new Chicago neighborhoods with friends, and is always up for trying new restaurants! After graduation, he hopes to find a job in data analytics or in creative agency marketing that involves films.
Alex Muraca
Vice President of Brotherhood
Alex is a Junior majoring in Economics and minoring in Urban Studies. She’s been in AKPsi since her freshman spring and has served on the executive board and the Vice President of Risk and Wellness and the Vice President of Brotherhood. Aside from AKPsi she is involved with the Business Honors Program, Loyola Athletics, WLUW 88.7FM, and Rambler Investment Fund. In her free time, she likes to try new restaurants, run by the like, and go to indie/alternative artists’ concerts. After graduation, Alex plans to purse a Master’s in Architecture.
Alaina McClanen-Clemons
Chief of Staff
Alaina is a Senior from Portland, Oregon majoring in Information Systems & Analytics with a minor in Criminal Justice & Criminology. Alaina joined Alpha Kappa Psi in the Fall of her sophomore year and has since served multiple positions including: Vice President of Service, Vice President of Marketing along with being a member of the Board of Ethics. Outside of AKPsi, she works for Loyola Res-Life where she is the desk manager of Regis! A fun fact about Alaina is that she loves traveling which has lead her to studying abroad twice, in South Korea and Finland.
Ella Kim
Vice President of Membership
Ella is a junior from Frankfort, IL, studying Finance and Information Systems. She has been a part of the chapter since the spring of her freshman year and is excited to grow our chapter through her role as VP of membership. Outside of AKPsi, Ella is a part of the Pre-Law society and the Rambler Investment Fund. She enjoys going to concerts, spending time with her family, and window shopping. She hopes to work abroad and pursue a career in law.
Peyton Hargett
Vice President of Professional Development
Peyton is a junior double-majoring in Economics and International Business. He has been a brother since freshman year and is excited for the all the professional development events this semester. Outside of AKPsi, he is involved in other orgs like Rambler Investment Fund and Loyola Votes. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, watching a new show with his roommates, and trying new restaurants around Chicago. After graduation, Peyton plans to work in banking and later attend law school.
Sonali Shah
VP of Risk and Wellness
Sonali is a Sophomore majoring in Marketing and Information Systems & Analytics. She’s been in AKPsi since her freshman fall and has served as IT Chair and Marketing TA. Aside from AKPsi, she is involved with the Business Honors Program, American Marketing Association, and a Marketing Intern for Loyola DEI office. She is also an RA at Francis and works at the desk at Marquette South, so she's always around campus! In her free time, she likes to explore Chicago, try new thrift shops, and travel. After graduation, Sonali plans to backpack around Asia and pursue an MBA.
